1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or via 17track.net.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Zyrynth is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply when your package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather conditions or carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
6. Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Zyrynth is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at support@zyrynth.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and products. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
